Thank you for subscribing to BlissedV! Our Subscribe & Save program ensures you never run out of the probiotics you need for consistent vaginal health support.


How Subscribe & Save Works

Automatic Delivery:
Your BlissedV subscription delivers a fresh bottle to your door automatically at your chosen frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days).

Discounted Pricing:
Subscribers save 15% on every order plus receive FREE shipping on all subscription deliveries.

No Commitment:
Cancel, pause, or modify your subscription anytime—no contracts, no commitments, no cancellation fees.

Regular Price: $39.99 per bottle
Subscribe & Save Price: $33.99 per bottle (15% off)

Delivery Frequency Options:

  • Every 30 days (1 bottle/month)

  • Every 60 days (2 bottles)

  • Every 90 days (3 bottles)

All subscriptions include FREE shipping.

 

Billing & Payment

Auto-Renewal:
Your subscription automatically renews at your selected frequency. Your payment method on file will be charged 3 days before each shipment.

Payment Methods:
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment information is stored securely through our payment processor.

Billing Notifications:
You will receive an email notification 7 days before each billing date, giving you time to make changes if needed.

Failed Payments:
If your payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused. You will be notified via email.

 

Managing Your Subscription

Account Dashboard:
Log in to your account at blissedv.com to:

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Update shipping address

  • Update payment method

  • Skip upcoming shipment

  • Pause subscription

  • Cancel subscription

You can also manage your subscription by contacting support@blissedv.com or calling [phone number].

Changes Take Effect:
Changes made before your next billing date will apply to your upcoming shipment. Changes made after billing may not take effect until the following cycle.

 

Skipping a Shipment

You may skip an upcoming shipment at any time by:

  1. Logging into your account dashboard

  2. Clicking "Skip Next Shipment" for your active subscription

  3. Or emailing support@blissedv.com

Deadline: Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

 

Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription for up to 90 days:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Select "Pause Subscription"

  3. Choose pause duration (30, 60, or 90 days)

After the pause period, your subscription will automatically resume unless you cancel it.

 

Canceling Your Subscription

No Cancellation Fees:
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties.

How to Cancel:

  1. Log into your account dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription"

  2. Or email support@blissedv.com with "Cancel Subscription" in subject line

  3. Or call [phone number]

Cancellation Takes Effect:
Cancellations take effect after your current billing cycle. If you've already been charged for an upcoming shipment, that order will still be processed and shipped.

Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.

 

Refunds for Subscriptions

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee Applies:
Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies to subscription orders. If you're not satisfied with your most recent shipment, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery.

Cancellation ≠ Refund:
 Canceling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund for past shipments. To request a refund, email support@blissedv.com.

Free Shipping:
All subscription orders ship FREE within the US.

Processing & Delivery:

  • Orders processed within 1-2 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 5-9 business days after processing

  • You will receive tracking information via email

International Subscriptions:
International shipping rates may apply. Contact support@blissedv.com for details.

 

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing.

Advance Notice:
If subscription prices change, you will receive 30 days' advance notice via email.

Grandfathered Pricing:
Current subscribers will maintain their current price for at least 90 days after any price increase announcement.

Right to Cancel:
If you do not agree to a price increase, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

 

Product Changes

If we discontinue or modify the BlissedV formula:

  • Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance

  • You may cancel without penalty

  • We will offer a comparable replacement product when possible

 

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure

  • Updating your shipping address and payment information

  • Notifying us of unauthorized account access
